Often times users of segmentation algorithm would like to visualize segmentation output superimposed on top of

the input image. This class is perfect for that purpose. The filter applies a colormap to a label image (possibly a

segmentation algorithm output) and overlays it on top of the input gray level image. The author has also provided a

good selection of distinct colors for plotting overlays.  In general, the implementation adherse  well to the ITK code style standard

except few code style issues such as missing copyright header, inappropriate test filenames etc
